Step 1: Check Your Email for Portal Access

Within the next few minutes, you'll receive an email invitation to set up your ProspectFlow portal login. This comes from Supabase (our secure login provider) — the sender name may look unfamiliar, but this is your real, official invite.

⚠️ Can't find it? Check your Spam and Promotions folders. Automated invites sometimes get misfiled by email providers. If it's not in your main inbox within 10 minutes, look there before assuming something went wrong.

Click the link in that email, set your password, and log in at prospectflow.pro

Step 2: Get Your Training Access

You also have full access to the ProspectFlow Members Area — this is where all your training lessons live, and it's also where you'll find the Chrome extension download you need to start capturing leads. This invite comes from me directly, separately from your Supabase portal invite, so keep an eye out for both.

A quick note: ProspectFlow is actively growing, and so is the training area. New lessons get added as new features roll out — so this isn't a "watch once and you're done" resource. Check back regularly, and if you ever find a feature in your portal that isn't covered yet in a lesson, just reach out and I'll get it added.

What To Do First

Once you're logged into both the portal and the Members Area:

1. Watch "Capturing Your First Leads"

2. Download and install the Chrome extension (link inside the Members Area)

3. Add your first lead and explore your pipeline
